They receive specific training for this type of activity at the start of the season, and all have certification recognized by the Quebec Lifesaving Society.

Pets are not allowed in room and chalet accommodation.
According to safety standards, we require a minimum of 43 inches, even when accompanied by a parent. All children aged 8 and under must be accompanied.
No, we supply life jackets and only these are accepted.
In the event of a thunderstorm or lightning strike, we will temporarily close the game for 30 minutes. Rain does not prevent the game from operating, and we have neoprene wetsuits available for hire to enhance your comfort. If the weather does not allow us to operate the game safely (wind or heavy rain), we will announce this early in the day and close until conditions improve.
If more than an hour has elapsed since you purchased your ticket, no refund will be possible. If less than an hour has elapsed, please go to reception for a refund. So it's important to keep your receipt in case of stormy weather.
We don't have any beach areas on site, but there are several nearby, and you can also enjoy our relaxation areas on the docks near the water game and our play area.
Yes, you can buy a visitor's ticket on our online ticketing service. There's a space on the quayside near the water park where you can settle in comfortably. However, your children must be over 8 years of age to be alone in the game.
